Dr. Raffety brings decades of leadership experience across ministry, nonprofit, and business environments. He has served churches and nonprofit ministries in Oklahoma, Texas, and Tennessee, providing leadership through seasons of growth, transition, organizational decline, revitalization, and change. His experience includes pastoral leadership, strategic planning, organizational restructuring, governance and policy development, financial and operational oversight, conflict resolution, leadership development, and culture change. Before entering full-time ministry, Dr. Raffety also held senior leadership roles in the private sector, where he led growing teams, managed multimillion-dollar operations, and developed systems for sustainable growth. These experiences give him a unique perspective that integrates biblical principles, organizational leadership, and practical executive experience to help leaders identify disorder, recover clarity, align mission with methods, and build healthier organizations.
